A universal tool

eXchangeData/400 moves data from one platform to another:

• from AS/400 to Microsoft Excel, DBase, Paradox, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access or Text File;
• or in the other way from Microsoft Excel... to AS/400;
• or from DBase to Paradox;
• or ... Just move the data!
  

Each platform is represented by a driver. You can ask for the eXchangeData/400 Driver SDK to implement your own driver!

A query builder

Some drivers (AS/400, Microsoft Access, DBase, Paradox...) give you the opportunity to select data using a friendly query builder.

A scheduler

Data transfer can be scheduled every day, week, month or you can chain your transfers.

A powerful AS/400 driver

The driver implemented for the AS/400 platform has a lot of features:

• AS/400 files (PF, LF) can be seen as a source or a destination,
• you can build queries,
• you can define batches,
• you can define a guard to stop all your AS/400 transfers (useful before a backup).
