• Select the spool files you want to archive out of your AS/400
• This can be done one by one, by outq, by multi-criteria selection...
• Export your spool file to a PC based data base (this can be done automatically if you decide to)
• Define the number and the type of indexes for each spool file (this must be done only once for each type of spool file)
• Index your spool files with your pre-defined indexes
• Using the PC graphic User Program you can search, display and re-print any page of your spool file
• You can use a mutli-criteria research with any of all of your pre-defined inedexes
• Save all or part of your spool file data base on an external memory like a CD, a DVD and even a memory stick
• The program to search, display and print the spool files is stored with the spool data base on your external memory
